In 2016 Giulia Passaquindici obtained her law degree from the University of Milan with a thesis on unfair competition as in article 2598 of the Italian Civil Code.
In 2019 she was admitted to the Italian Bar and she advises on civil matters.
Her empathic approach allows her to fully understand clients’ needs in order to identify the most appropriate strategy to protect their interests and rights.

EXPERIENCE
Giulia Passaquindici began her career in the corporate litigation department of one of Milan’s leading law firms.
She continued her training at the Court of Milan as an assistant of judges specialized in Family and Industrial Law.
She also worked for over two years at Legality, Transparency and Administrative Efficiency Committee of the City of Milan.
She joined the labour law attorneys of the Studio Legale Lavizzari Law Firm in 2020, dealing with civil and labour law matters.
COMMITMENT
With the other lawyers of the Firm she realizes video about civil and labour law topics. These videos are then published on the Lavizzari Law Firm’s YouTube channel and on the lawyers’ Linkedin personal profiles.
CURIOSITY
She loves reading novels (especially if read on quiet beaches), playing sports and practising yoga.
