Valentina Maria Manzotti graduated in 2015 with Professor Tursi, full professor of labor law at the University of Milan, with a thesis entitled “Transfer of undertakings: problematic profiles at a national, comparative and community level”.
Since 2020 she has been authorized to practice law by the Court of Appeal of Milan and deals with employment law.

EXPERIENCE
Valentina Manzotti began her professional career as a trainee in Milanese law firms dealing mainly with labor law and trade union law.
Already winner of a PhD scholarship in Human Training and Labor Market at the University of Bergamo, in 2017 she graduated from the Graduate School of Specialization for Legal Professions at University of Milan.
He did a short internship at the Court of Appeal of Milan, in the IV civil section, where she joined Dr. Maria Luisa Rita Padova in the drafting of judgments on tenders, equity funds and insurance contracts.
Since 2021 she has been collaborating with the Lavizzari Law Firm, dedicating to labor law and civil law.
COMMITMENT
Like the other lawyers in the firm, she realizes videos and write posts about civil and labour law topics. Videos are published on the Lavizzari Law Firm YouTube channel and on the various LinkedIn profiles.
